Return Policy

Please save all packaging enclosures until you are sure that you are happy with your order. All items must be returned in original packaging and be sure to include a copy of the packing slip that came with the merchandise.

If our manufacturer makes a mistake or your item was damaged upon delivery, we will be happy to exchange your merchandise.

If you are unhappy with your merchandise or just changed your mind, we will take merchandise back minus a 20% restocking fee along with our ACTUAL shipping cost and the $7.50 handling fee.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED AND UNWASHED.

STEPS TO FOLLOW WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM

Contact us before shipping your return back, NO LATER than fourteen (14) days after delivery date.

RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS.

If you cancel your order before your item has shipped, there will be a 7.50 handling fee.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Depending on the method you use to return the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7-14 days for us to receive your parcel. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to your account and should appear on your statement within one billing cycle from the time we process your return. If you ordered by check, your refund check will be sent to you via first-class mail.
