"I must tell you this. The order I received from you today is perfect. There is a long story behind it and I must share it to let you know how much more SUPERIOR your online company is than the one I dealt with previously. I ordered similar items from a rival site on January 16, 2007. In April, after several emails, some of which were not very nice, I kept being told by this site that the items were backordered, backordered, backordered. Finally, after complaints to the Better Business Bureau AND the Attorney General's office of their state, last Saturday, June 9, 2007, I finally received a refund from said company for items never delivered. Having already searched for an alternate site to order these items from, I immediately came to familybedding.com, ordered what I wanted, and received them TODAY, June 14, 2007, less than ONE week after ordering them!!!!!!!!!
