I sent out the order above hoping that it would arrive in time so I would have it on my guest room bed for my company during the 4th of July week.

The woman who I talked with at Family Bedding the previous Saturday was very courteous and professional and informed me of a contact name so that this order would be processed quickly. I did so and the order was received by June 30th. Yay!

Not only that, but I received a phone call from this service representative, which was on my answering machine, who informed me about the status of my order.

The quality of the bed canopy is superb and is of better material and craftsmanship of the previous canopy that I had.

The sales staff should be duly recognized for their professionalism and customer service skills, along with a kudos to the company for having quality bedding merchandise.
